we give an overview of the main elements of the amendment of the Staff
Regulations (the so-called “Reform”), which should be implemented on 1st of
January 2013.

European Commission finalized its proposal of Reform in December 2011.

European Parliament has put forward amendments to the Commission proposal in
April 2012.

Council hasn’t yet communicated its position but should do it during the autumn
2012.
